Craftsman Mower Repair in Simpson, NC — Walk-Ins Welcome

Craftsman has been a staple in American garages for decades — and for good reason. But even the most dependable equipment needs a good mechanic eventually. At Rude Boy Small Engine Repair, we've been fixing Craftsman mowers, tillers, and outdoor power equipment for over 40 years. We know these machines like the back of our hand, and we'll have yours running again before the grass gets out of control. Walk-ins welcome. No appointment. No hassle.

Common Craftsman Problems We Fix

Craftsman equipment is reliable — until it isn't. Here's what lands on our workbench most often:
  • Won't start — sitting over winter, bad fuel, or a carburetor that's given up
  • Carburetor issues — gummed up, clogged, or flooding the engine
  • Belt problems — broken, stretched, or slipping drive and deck belts
  • Blade and spindle issues — dull or bent blades, worn spindle bearings, uneven cut
  • Electrical faults — bad ignition switches, safety seat sensors, or wiring issues
  • Hydrostatic transmission problems — won't move, slipping, or sluggish response
  • Oil leaks — valve cover gaskets, crankshaft seals, and more
  • Overheating — dirty air filters, low oil, or cooling fin blockages
  • Starter problems — recoil starter won't pull or electric starter won't engage
If your Craftsman is giving you grief, bring it in. We'll figure it out.

Equipment We Service

Craftsman makes a wide range of outdoor power equipment — we work on all of it:
  • Riding lawn tractors (T100, T200, T300 series)
  • Zero-turn mowers
  • Walk-behind push mowers
  • Self-propelled mowers
  • String trimmers and edgers
  • Leaf blowers
  • Tillers and cultivators
  • Pressure washers
  • And more — if it says Craftsman on it, we can fix it
